NSW: Man recovering after two-day absence
SYDNEY, Feb 14 AAP - A 35-year-old man missing from southern NSW for two days has beenfound dehydrated and suffering from cuts and bruises.
Police yesterday began an air and land search between Araluen and Braidwood for Helensburghman Guy Ticehurst.
Mr Ticehurst was reported missing on Wednesday afternoon after his station wagon wasfound by local residents parked 10 km south of Braidwood.
A police spokeswoman said Mr Ticehurst walked into a farmhouse at Araluen about 12.30pm(AEDT) today.
"He wandered into the farmhouse at Araluen and the resident called ambulance officersand police," she said.
"He was suffering very bad dehydration, cuts and bruises and was taken to Braidwoodhospital, where he is currently in a stable condition."
It was not immediately clear what had happened to Mr Ticehurst.
