Qld: Daughter sends heartfelt poem to jailed parents

BRISBANE, Jan 10 AAP - Sahra Danes lives with more anguish than most 11-year-olds.

But the daughter of Kay and Kerry Danes, jailed without charge in Laos for the past
17 days, has remained remarkably strong.

Sahra and brother Nathan, 7, fled to Australia after secret police emptied their suitcases,
confiscated their money and arrested their mother on the Laos-Thailand border.

Their parents have been held in separate Vientiane jails since December 23 on suspicion
